3 Bed  |  3.5 Bath  |  3,415 Square Feet  |  Selling Price: $1,900,000

Our loyal, long-time clients and friends just closed on this incredible unit at One Water Place! Back in September, they purchased a tenth-floor unit in the east building and have loved the unit with its southern character and charm. Just as they got the last boxes unpacked and settled in, they spotted this unit on the market and couldn't resist taking a look. They absolutely fell in love and decided to put in an offer. It was accepted and we worked quickly to get their first unit on the market. Both units are stunning, but they felt it was the right move to make this residence their own slice of paradise on the eighth heavenly floor! We are thrilled to assist our loyal clients in these swift transactions!

Located in the exclusive condo complex of One Water Place in the gated community of Kelly Plantation, this beautiful unit is luxury living like no other! As you step off of the elevator directly into the private entryway, you will immediately experience the luxurious characteristics and privacy that this unit offers. This beautifully upgraded condo is in the highly sought-after western-facing Building 3, perfectly positioned on the eighth floor – a location rarely available and highly desired! The spacious residence features unobstructed, expansive westerly views. Offering the ''Darlington'' plan, the largest floor plan available in One Water Place, this condo features three bedrooms plus an office. Completely renovated with a meticulous eye for detail, and offering truly breathtaking views, this is one property that our clients just couldn’t pass up! You'll catch the meticulous attention to detail upon a glance into the kitchen with upgrades galore... including expansive custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, customized backsplash, designer lighting, and much, much more! The spacious living area features beautiful beams and an Old Chicago bricked, double-sided gas fireplace. The formal dining room, formal study, master suite, guest bedrooms and baths, and even to the laundry room, are all custom designed and beautifully upgraded. Three balconies offer absolutely stunning views. This unit offers quintessential Florida indoor-outdoor living. The main balcony offers an outdoor kitchen and built-in gas grill and is quite the spot for entertaining and catching those gorgeous Destin sunsets. A beautiful paradise!

One Water Place is truly one-of-a-kind in luxury condo living. Located in the heart of Destin within the guard-gated community of Kelly Plantation, this beautiful community exudes opulence and pairs it with an air of leisure. Surrounded by lush landscaping, world class golf courses, and extraordinary water features – it feels like paradise. Daily activities and enjoyment are endless at One Water Place with a resort style list of amenities to enjoy that include a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa treatment rooms, a heated lap pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a community wine room, catering kitchen, party lounge, card room, dog park, workshop, garden room, guest suites, screened in patio with stone fireplace, walking trails, bocce ball court, green spaces with reflection ponds, arbors, covered swings and benches, recently redecorated building lobbies, and even more. Have you ever had a bad day that started with champagne? Us either. Welcomed by a mimosa in hand, you’ll transport your taste buds into a flavorful world of crispy, crunchy, cheesy goodness served only by the most iconic brunch spots along the Emerald Coast.

What’s brunch without the perfect bite-to-sip ratio? New to this year’s festival is the Brunch Sips Competition - a chance for master mixers to showcase their boldest breakfast brew or cocktail! When we think brunch, we think Mimosas and Bloody Marys. However, this group of talented mixologists is here to prove - there are endless flavors to satisfy any early afternoon palate.

This year HarborWalk Village has partnered with the Emerald Coast Autism Center, a local non-profit dedicated to educating and improving the lives of individuals with autism in Okaloosa and Walton counties and surrounding areas. A portion of proceeds from this year’s Brunch Fest will go directly in support of the Emerald Coast Autism Center. Thanks to a generous grant from the Dugas Family Foundation, those proceeds will be doubled and allocated towards ECAC’s newest addition - the Emerald Coast Learning Center!
