Rombauer Vineyards Wine Dinner
When: February 3rd
Where: The Courtyard at Pescado | Rosemary Beach
Description: The Courtyard at Pescado in Rosemary Beach will be hosting a wine dinner with Jeff Papa of Rombauer Vineyards on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 6:30 PM. The dinner will include a welcome wine as well as four wine pairings from the Rombauer selections. Cash bar available from 5:00 PM for guests of the dinner.

Jeff Papa, better known as “Papa,” joined Rombauer Vineyards in 2010. Jeff has been in the wine business for more than 25 years and figures he’s been selling Rombauer wines for just about that long.

Description: The 5th Annual Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival is coming back to Panama City Beach at Aaron Bessant Park on February 5th & 6th from Noon to 5PM, VIP hour 11Am - Noon. Shelter House Palate & Palette Wine Dinner

Where: Legendary Marine
Description: Shelter House’s 6th Annual Palate & Palette Dinner will be held on February 5, 2022! This pop-up style wine dinner is a unique experience, as Legendary Marine's showroom is transformed into a chic, intimate venue with a trendy, metropolitan feel. Attendees will indulge in a five-course seated dinner featuring five of the area's most respected chefs. Each chef will create a dish for their course, and Elite Worldwide Imports will be hand-selecting fine wines to pair with each dish.
This year's featured artist will be Nikki Cade, from Dallas, Texas. At the end of the evening, the painting will be auctioned off to the highest bidder in an exciting and competitive live auction.
Tickets are $125 per person and can be purchased online at bidpal.net/palate2022. All proceeds benefit Shelter House, the state-certified domestic and sexual violence center serving both Okaloosa and Walton counties, shelterhousenwfl.org. Ticket pricing will increase to $140 per person on Saturday, January 22, 2022.

PCB Mardi Gras & Music Festival

The festival kicks off with an intimate wine dinner featuring a four-course meal prepared by Alys Beach Executive Chef Kevin Cavanaugh. On Thursday evening, attendees have the option between an Oyster and Champagne gathering in Central Park or a Rum Dinner in Papilio Park. Friday afternoon, a Mixology Seminar followed by the Bourbon, Beer & Butts event, where a lively barbecue and bourbon tasting will feature some of the country’s best pitmasters and distillers, with live music under the stars on Kelly Green. Saturday showcases the exquisite Grand Tasting event featuring tastings from distinguished vintners and chefs stationed along the meandering, open-air gallery of picturesque South Charles Street in the heart of Alys Beach. "Rosé & Croquet" on Sunday features rosé tastings, a delicious brunch, and the beloved croquet tournament where croquet whites are not only encouraged but, have become an iconic part of our final day of celebration.
The 30A Wine Festival at Alys Beach is a beloved event in South Walton, hosted by Alys Foundation, benefiting Children's Volunteer Health Network, an outstanding local organization providing medical and dental services to local children.

Mardi Gras music will fill the air as four-pawed friends and parade participants shower parade-goers with a barrage of beads, moon pies, and other trinkets. This year's theme: TBA
