Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for January! Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 5%, while the sold volume increased by 15%. The market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast stays consistent. As seen in the infographic below, the median sales prices are up across the area, making this a fantastic time to sell!
