Just Sold | 35 Flatwoods Forest Loop | 30A

4+ Bed  |  3 Bath  |  2,706 Square Feet  |  Selling Price: $1,590,000

We are so thrilled to have assisted our clients in becoming the new owners of this beautiful home in NatureWalk along 30A! In May, we were able to leverage the current seller's market to gain them a significant profit in the sale of their vacation home in Highland Park. After deciding they wanted to be closer to Seaside in a home with a more of an open floor plan for their growing family, we assisted them in purchasing this perfect home. We are so excited for them to create new memories in this stunning home and community!

Say hello to this beautiful NatureWalk home backing up to a secluded and quiet nature preserve. An absolute dream, this beach house is perfect for a large family or two looking to come together for their beach vacation on 30A. With an open concept design, the combined great room, kitchen, and dining area serve as the perfect gathering space to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite countertops, plenty of counter space, and gas cooktop. The spacious second floor owner’s suite opens to an expansive terrace overlooking a conservation easement. The guest rooms and additional bunk room allow multiple guests a comfortable stay. With several outdoor areas to enjoy, imagine having your morning coffee or a glass of wine to toast the day and the smell of the salt air, the sound of the waves, and gentle breeze echoing throughout the trees. Some of the features and finishings include wood plank flooring throughout, serene coastal décor, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and more. This home is a beautiful coastal paradise!

NatureWalk at Seagrove is one of the best-selling new communities on 30A near Seaside, Watercolor, and just under a mile from the emerald waters of the Gulf. It includes a trail that is a direct shortcut through the forest that brings you out to the famous 30A beaches! Just steps from the house is the community center – The Gathering Place. There is so much to do without leaving the community. NatureWalk offers two pools, a hot tub, kiddie pool, fire pit, grills, bar area, and sports court with pickle ball nets. Other community amenities include miles of trails, fitness stations, and access to trails in Point Washington. The perfect paradise on 30A!
