Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for February! We see median sales prices up across most areas compared to the same time last year. As buyers settle into the new year and react to increasing interest rates and real estate prices, the number of properties sold has decreased. Though we are still seeing a decline in sales numbers, the market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast remains consistent. Inventory levels are increasing, giving buyers a chance to be more selective. We're sure to see even more of this in the coming spring season – a popular time to list! We're keeping a close eye on the market to find the perfect deal for our clients!

Along with professional photography, we produced a video tour of the home to boost engagement and create as much visual interest as possible. 

   

Though this home went under contract in only one day, we continued to market it, ready to accept back-up offers in case the original deal fell through. For ease of access in learning more about the home, we promoted it on social media and it was featured on Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com, as well as internationally renowned Remax.com.
