Our team had the privilege to attend the grand opening on February 1st and we were not disappointed. 

This brand new 68-unit luxury condo development is located at the eastern corner of 30A and U.S. Highway 98. It was built by developer Mark Humphreys of Dallas, and his partners, the Moriah Group.

Humphreys knew he wanted a Caribbean, yet modern feel to what he built and visited a dozen resorts in Napa and the Caribbean to get a feel for what he wanted his to look like.

There are 46 two-bedroom units of 1,200 square feet, and 22 three-bedroom units of 1,900 square feet, and all come fully furnished, right down to the kitchen utensils, all with sleek, contemporary lines. Every unit has all-gas cooktops, and there is a washer/dryer in every unit.
