February 2018 Market Highlights

We had a great start to this year, and rolling right through winter into spring we continue to stay busy with both buyers and sellers. Our area never ceases to provide a favorite place for young and old, all year round. Destin and the surrounding areas are an especially wonderful place to spend spring and summer with family. For many who own here, it's proven to be a smart and satisfying move to purchase an investment property or second home here. We're looking forward to what spring will bring!

The activity this year has been exciting and we're hustling our way right into the ever popular spring season.
