September 2020 | Condo & Home Market Highlights



Real estate numbers show no signs of slowing along the Emerald Coast! 

Following the same trend as the months before it, September numbers have continued to climb in comparison to the same time last year. Overall we saw the number of properties sold increase by 100%.
