November 2020 | Condo & Home Market Highlights

November was another excellent month for the Emerald Coast real estate market! Compared to the same time last year, we saw the number of properties sold increase by 72%. The sold volume also increased by nearly 114%. There is no doubt there is much value in owning along the Emerald Coast. Many people are realizing that there is no time like the present to make big moves. That is exciting for both our clients and our team! As we reflect back on the year, we're so grateful to be able to assist so many people in bringing their dreams to reality.
