December 2020 | Condo & Home Market Highlights



We've gathered the data for December, and you'll see below that the Emerald Coast real estate market closed out the year on a great note! Compared to the same time last year, we saw the number of properties sold increase by 66%. The sold volume also increased by nearly 102%. Many people realize that there is no time like the present to make big moves, which has increased the number of buyers in our area.
