Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for October! Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 38%, and there was a 22% decrease in the sold volume. Though we are seeing a steady decline in numbers, the market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast remains consistent. We're keeping a close eye on the market to find the perfect deal for our buyers. As seen in the infographic below, the median sales prices are up across most areas, making this a fantastic time to sell as well!

December was another successful month for the Emerald Coast real estate market!

With the busy holiday season, we find many visitors traveling to our area. While here, vacationers fall in love with the area and decide it's time to make owning paradise a reality.
