Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for August! Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we saw the number of properties sold decrease by 24%, and the sold volume decreased as well by 11%. Though we're seeing slight declines in the sales numbers, we're still seeing a great deal of activity across the market. More and more people across the country are deciding to relocate, and they're loving it here along our Emerald Coast!
