December was another successful month for the Emerald Coast real estate market!

It was an eventful month for our team! We got our listing at Harbor Lights sold, and there were some exciting developments while we had that unit on the market. We were contacted by the producer of HGTV's series Beachfront Bargain Hunt with a request to feature the beautiful unit on an upcoming episode!
The market activity this year has been exciting and we're continuing to stay prepared in this new year.
