Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for April! Though we are still seeing a decline in sales numbers, this is a leveling off we expected to see. The market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast remains consistent. It is paradise after all! Inventory levels are continuing to increase, giving buyers a chance to be more selective. We're sure to see even more of this in this busy spring season – a popular time to list.
