Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for April! Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 14% while the sold volume decreased by just 6%. The market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast stays consistent. Spring is bringing even more buyers to the area. As seen in the infographic below, the median sales prices are up across all areas, making this a fantastic time to sell!

We made the most of these aspects and featured them in our marketing plan. Along with professional photography, we produced a video tour of the unit and community highlights. We promoted this on social media and in email marketing to create an interest in the property.
