While sales were down for April, we're still seeing activity along the Emerald Coast! 

Even though much of the country was starting to shut down in April, real estate sales never came to a standstill. We sent mobile-friendly email flyers to our database of investors and agents that linked to both the property website and video tour for ease of access in learning more about the unit and surrounding area. The property was also featured on Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com, as well the internationally renowned Remax.com.
