May was another busy month for real estate along the Emerald Coast!
With so many visitors in town for Memorial Day weekend, the month of May is always a busy time for real estate agents. While here, vacationers fall in love with the area, and decide it's time to make owning paradise a reality. We love assisting people in making this move!

Panama City Beach and Destin were ranked as the top two most popular Florida destinations for Spring Break. Panama City Beach saw over $27 million spent weekly on vacation rentals during spring break, while Destin saw over $17 million. Now is the time to invest in paradise!
