June was another busy month for real estate along the Emerald Coast!
With so many visitors in town for summer vacation, the month of June is always a busy time for real estate agents. The world's largest vacation rental search engine – HomeToGo.com – lists both Destin and Panama City Beach among Florida's top vacation destinations. While here, vacationers fall in love with the area, and decide it's time to make owning paradise a reality. We love assisting people in making this move!
Our team had an active share in the June market, while continuing to stay prepared for the busy summer season when the weather and the real estate are hot!
