The 2021 Emerald Coast real estate market is like nothing we've seen before! The increase in determined buyers and reserved sellers has led to low inventory, decreased days on the market, and a steady and significant increase in prices. Compared to the same time last year, we saw the number of properties sold increase by 207%. The sold volume also increased by an astonishing 311%!
