October was a great month for real estate along the Emerald Coast!

We sent mobile-friendly email flyers to our database of investors and agents that linked to both the property website and video tour for ease of access in learning more about the unit and surrounding area. The property is also featured on ZillowTrulia, and Realtor.comas well the internationally renowned Remax.com.

2019 Third Quarter | Condo & Home Market Highlights




The Emerald Coast saw another busy summer and early fall in real estate! Compared to the same time last year, home sales increased for the areas of Destin (+23)North Santa Rosa Beach (+11), 30A East (+6), and 30A West (+30)while Miramar Beach/Sandestin (-4) and Okaloosa Island (-66) saw a declineCondo sales were down across most areas including Destin (-10)Miramar Beach/Sandestin (-19)30A East (-29), and 30A West (-12), while Okaloosa Island (+42) saw an increase, and North Santa Rosa Beach (-0) held steady.

Needless to say, we've been busy and are continuing strong in the last quarter of the year!

The epicenter of the event will be a newly added pumpkin patch provided by The Village Church for guests to purchase a pumpkin to take home. The pumpkin patch will also adorn an oversized decorated backdrop to give local residents a place to bring their kids and take fall-themed family photos to commemorate the season. There will be a grand prize raffle featuring a deluxe stay at The Henderson including room accommodations, spa treatments, and meals at their pristine restaurants. Along with The Henderson package, the grand prize will also include exclusive items from every vendor in attendance.
