Between Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet, the endless shops in both Baytowne and down along Harborwalk, you'll be perusing for days. Most of these areas are covered but bring an umbrella if it looks like rain that day.

There are some really great places to check out in Panama City Beach that will keep you entertained for hours. Tying in the last two activities Pier Park gives you shopping, fun stops like Dave & Busters, Emerald Coast Mirror Maze, XD Darkride Experience Pier Park, restaurants, you name it! Another couple of fun and interesting stops are Wonderworks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not! If you head to Panama City Beach, there's fun for the whole family.

April 2018 Condo & Home Market Highlights

Well into the the Spring season, April was another busy month for our team! 

Destin and the surrounding areas are an especially wonderful place to spend spring and summer with the whole family. With the broad interests being met from young to old, Destin is a true family favorite. This simple reason is just one of several that bring so many to own and invest here in paradise.  

In case you missed it in our newsletter this month, check out what the data showed from the world's largest vacation rental search engine – HomeToGo.com. Panama City Beach and Destin were ranked as the top two most popular Florida destinations for Spring Break. Panama City Beach saw over $27 million spent weekly on vacation rentals during spring break, while Destin saw over $17 million. Now is the time to invest in paradise! 

Our team had an active share in the April market, and are preparing for the busy summer season when the weather and the real estate are hot!

February 2018 Market Highlights

We had a great start to this year, and rolling right through winter into spring we continue to stay busy with both buyers and sellers. Our area never ceases to provide a favorite place for young and old, all year round. Destin and the surrounding areas are an especially wonderful place to spend spring and summer with family.
