Hello 2018!

It's January and time to carve out some time to work on our business plan and to focus on our family goals for the new year. Professionally, 2017 was a good year in the real estate industry, and the Sold in Paradise Team accomplished our business goals. Personally, we love having family close by, and last year the family has grown by one – Jax, grandchild #4.

For us our professional life is intrinsically connected with our personal life. Many clients become our friends, and my friends become our clients. We like it that way. Ultimately, our success in real estate is because of these relationships. This year we will continue to build our referral business via these associations.

Our first goal is to always provide personalized and timely service. Our clients can expect periodic updates on the market trends, financing options, and sales information. For sellers, it is providing data that is relative to their properties in order to ascertain current market value. For buyers, it is providing the resources relevant to their buying decision and matching their needs with market opportunity.
