April 2020 | Condo & Home Market Highlights

While sales were down for April, we're still seeing activity along the Emerald Coast!

Even though much of the country was starting to shut down in April, real estate sales never came to a standstill. Whether it's investors adding to their real estate portfolio, snowbirds and retirees deciding to make living in paradise full time, or families making the big move to become Florida residents – we're here to assist people in making the move to own a piece of paradise. If you feel it would be a better move to list and sell your property – we're here to help with that too!
