2019 Third Quarter | Condo & Home Market Highlights

The Emerald Coast saw another busy summer and early fall in real estate! Compared to the same time last year, home sales increased for the areas of Destin (+23), North Santa Rosa Beach (+11), 30A East (+6), and 30A West (+30), while Miramar Beach/Sandestin (-4) and Okaloosa Island (-66) saw a decline. Condo sales were down across most areas including Destin (-10), Miramar Beach/Sandestin (-19), 30A East (-29), and 30A West (-12), while Okaloosa Island (+42) saw an increase, and North Santa Rosa Beach (-0) held steady.

Needless to say, we've been busy and are continuing strong in the last quarter of the year!
