Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for September!  Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 21%, with the sold volume also showing a decrease at -9%. Though we're seeing a slight decline in the sales numbers, the market continues to stay quite active. As seen in the infographic below, the median sales prices are up across the area, making this a fantastic time to sell!
